Innovator's Toolkit: Identifying Co-founder & Law Firm Fit

students talk

The success of a new venture so often depends on questions of fit. How well do the co-founders complement each other with their experience and skills? How do they decide the division of responsibility and control? And what's the right way to find the right fit with the best legal counsel, given your preferences?
In this interactive workshop, we will explore these questions and work through simulations of how to assess these key questions of fit. Participants will learn a roadmap of key issues that could potentially maximize the chance of success, reduce co-founder conflict, reduce legal costs, and make growing the venture more fun and enjoyable.
