The MedTech Accelerator invites innovative and creative students from all disciplines to design and build the next wave of technologies that fulfill unmet needs in the healthcare industry. With sponsorship from Jonathan Rothberg, the Yale Center for Biomedical Innovation and Technology (CBIT) has teamed up with Tsai CITY to bring students the opportunity to work collaboratively alongside their peers. Any student can apply to join — you don’t need to have an existing idea or project.
Resources include relevant lectures, one-on-one sessions with experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and clinicians, and a $1,000 grant to each team so that ideas are brought to life. Teams will have the opportunity to compete for the Rothberg Catalyzer Prize of $15,000 at Startup Yale. Are you up for the challenge?
